Design starts and ends with people. The kind of design work that I enjoy the most are the ones that make a tangible difference, whether it is improving usability, creating an identity, or connecting people to information and to each other. For me, design is more than making things pretty; it’s fine-tuned communication, problem solving, and making things intuitive for the people using it.
